1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped
1 c. regular rice
2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. hot water
1 tsp. prepared mustard

In skillet lightly brown beef. Add onion, green pepper and rice. Cook the rice until golden. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bring to boil; cover, simmer 25 minutes.
