CHICKEN BREASTS IN SOUR CREAM 
1 lb. chipped dried beef, chopped fine
5 slices bacon
2 cans mushroom soup
5 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Parmesan cheese

Place chipped beef in bottom of casserole dish. Wrap chicken in bacon and arrange on beef. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 275 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Serve the gravy over chicken. Sprinkle with the cheese.
