BARBECUED MEATBALLS 
3 lbs. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder

Combine all (mixture will be soft) and shape into walnut size balls. Place in single layer in 9"x13" pan; pour on the sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Makes 80 meatballs. NOTE: Meatballs may be frozen unbaked.

SAUCE:

2 c. catsup
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. chopped onion

Combine and pour over meatballs before baking.
