PEACH PUDDING DESSERT 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch salt
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can (16 oz.) sliced peaches, drained
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. finely chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. boiling water

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix in milk and oil until smooth. Pour into ungreased baking pan, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Arrange peaches on top. Mix brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle over peaches. Bake until wooden pick in center comes out clean, 60-70 minutes. Serve with whip cream.
