CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. chicken (boil and debone)
1 onion (chopped)
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2-3 c. cooked rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 or 2 cans cream of celery soup

TOPPING:

8 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter (melted)

Mix all of the above and season to taste.

Put in casserole and top with Cheddar cheese and pour melted butter on top of that. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
