PORK CHOPS SUPREME (or cutlets) 
4 lean pork chops, 1 inch thick (I use pork cutlets)
4 onion slices
4 lemon slices, thin
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. catsup

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Season pork with salt. Place in large baking dish (sprayed with Pam). Top each chop or cutlet with an onion slice and a lemon slice. Place tablespoon of brown sugar and tablespoon of catsup on top of each one. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Uncover, bake 30 minutes longer, basting a few times. Makes 4 delicious servings.
