GREEN EGGS AND HAM 
2 tsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. butter
1 med./lg. ripe avocado
4-5 slices bacon
4 eggs
1/4 c. milk

Saute bacon until crisp, drain, crumble. Place peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped avocado in blender, add eggs, bacon, milk and blend, add more milk if too dry. Heat large frying pan, add oil and butter, when good and hot, add egg mixture and scramble to your taste.
