16 oz. Oreo, finely chopped
1/3 c. melted butter

Add melted butter to chopped Oreos. Spread in 9 x 13 pan. Chill in freezer while making the filling. 2 sm. pkg. pistachio pudding mix (instant) 1 1/2 c. milk

Mix ice cream, pudding mix and milk. Blend well. Spread over crushed cookie mix. Let stand out for one hour. Refrigerate. Just before serving, spread an 8 oz. container Cool Whip on top.
