TURKEY TAMALE PIE 
30 oz. refried beans
2 sm. cans sliced olives
28 oz. enchilada sauce
2 oz. Longhorn cheese
17 oz. whole kernel corn
1 med. onion
3 lb. ground turkey

In large skillet, brown turkey and onion; season to taste. In small skillet, soften tortillas in oil over medium heat until soft. In turkey mixture after being cooked, add corn juice and refried beans. Stir over medium heat until hot; set aside. Dip tortillas in enchilada sauce; layer in baking dish. Make layer of dipped tortillas, layer of meat mixture, layer of cheese. Repeat. Top layer, add olives. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
