AMERICAN TURKEY PIE 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can crescent rolls
2 green peppers, chopped
2 white onions, chopped
8 oz. shredded low fat Mozzarella cheese

Brown ground turkey, drain. Saute onions and green peppers. In bowl, mix cooked turkey, onions, green peppers and tomato sauce. Unroll crescent rolls and press down in a greased pie plate to form crust. Allow points of rolls to hang over sides. Add turkey mixture to dish. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Fold points of rolls up over top of pie. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
