DRESSING FOR TOMATO SLICES 
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of red pepper
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix all dry ingredients in pot. Add 1 cup or can evaporated milk, 4 tablespoons vinegar and celery seed (optional). Cook until thick in double boiler. Store in jar in refrigerator.
