EGG CUSTARD PIE 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. flavoring - nutmeg, vanilla or lemon as desired

Mix flour and sugar to beaten eggs. Add butter, milk and flavoring in that order. Cook in double boiler until mixture thickens slightly. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees until silver knife inserted in center comes out clean.
