1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs, 1 at a time
1 c. sour cream

STREUSEL:

1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins

TOPPING:

2 c. confectioners' sugar
4 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat all cake ingredients together and pour half of batter into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix streusel mix together and pour half over batter in the pan. Add rest of batter and then the remainder of the streusel mix. Swirl the streusel on top half. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Mix topping and pour over hot cake and let cool before serving.
