EASY SHERBET 
1 sm. pkg. Jello (orange, lemon, or lime)
1 c. boiling water
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 c. milk
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add remaining ingredients. Place in oblong casserole dish. Freeze until 1/4 inch is solid on edges of container. Beat thoroughly in bowl with mixer or rotary beater. Return to oblong dish and freeze. When solid, cover with waxed paper. Ready to serve.
