SPANISH PORK AND RICE 
3 c. cooked rice
6 oz. can tomato paste
2 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 pork chops or pork steaks
3 tbsp. butter

Brown and cook pork chops in large skillet with butter until tender. Remove meat and saute in drippings, onion and green pepper for 3-5 minutes. Add to this tomato paste, water, soy sauce, garlic salt, Worcestershire and salt and pepper. Stir in cooked rice. Place pork chops on top of mixture. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Serves 4.
