CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE 
1 c. self rising flour
2/3 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. boiling water

Sift flour, sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa. Add milk, oil and vanilla. Mix only until smooth. Put in greased 1 quart baking dish. Mix brown sugar and 4 tablespoons cocoa and sprinkle over mixture in dish. Pour boiling water over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
