EVA'S CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE 
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. hot water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift first 5 ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Stir in milk, butter, vanilla and nuts. Turn into a 9 inch square pan. Mix brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa, sprinkle over top, carefully pour hot water over entire batter. Bake 45 minutes. Remove from oven, cool slightly and invert onto a deep serving plate, if desired. Serve warm. Serves 6 to 8.
