HOT CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE 
1/2 pkg. chocolate cake mix (2 c.)
1/4 c. water
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. hot coffee

Mix water, egg and walnuts and cake mix. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare an 8 x 8 inch or round 9 inch pan.

Place the mixture in pan and sprinkle with brown sugar, white sugar, and cocoa. Pour over this the 1 1/2 cups of hot coffee. Bake for about 35 minutes. Serve, adding whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
