SPICY SPINACH SALAD DRESSING 
1 c. oil
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 sm. onion, diced

Mix above ingredients together. Refrigerate. Serve over small pieces of spinach, hard-boiled egg slices, Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix and bacon.
