CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. stewed meat or chicken
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. uncooked noodles or rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can bean sprouts with liquid

Brown meat (if stewed meat is used). Add celery and onions. When tender, add flour, soy sauce, and pepper. Cook noodles according to directions on package. Add noodles to first mixture. Add bean sprouts and soup. Place in greased casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Makes 12 servings. This is tasty served over rice noodles or chow mein noodles.
