CHOP SUEY 
1 1/2 lb. meat, mixture of beef and pork is good
3 stalks of celery
1 can bean sprouts
2 cans Chinese vegetables
1 tbsp. molasses
6 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. flour
Salt and pepper
1 chopped onion
1 can mushrooms
1 can water chestnuts, optional

Cook meat. Add 2 cups water. Simmer for 1 hour. Add rest of ingredients and cook until hot and serve over rice or/and chow mein noodles.
