POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. pkg. potatoes O'Brien (thawed)
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup; don't dilute
2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. onion
2 c. sour cream
2 c. crushed cornflakes

Mix all ingredients and pour into an 8 x 10 or 9 x 13 dish and sprinkle top with the cornflakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 8.
