YOGURT DILL DIP 
1 c. plain fat-free yogurt
1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried dill
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with fresh vegetables.

Yield: 8 servings.
