CORNED BEEF SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon jello dissolved in
2 c. hot water

Chill until syrup.

2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped carrots
1 c. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. lemon or vinegar
1 can corned beef, ground
4 boiled eggs, ground
1 c. Miracle Whip

Mix all well; chill. Serve with crackers.
