MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. onions
1 c. celery
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen vegetables
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Cook vegetables, but do not over cook. Drain and place in greased casserole dish. Mix mayonnaise, cheese, onion and celery; spread over vegetables. Melt butter and crush Ritz cracker and mix. Sprinkle over other mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
