BRISKET WITH BEER 
3 1/2 lb. boneless brisket
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 c. chili sauce
1 tsp. paprika
3 onions, sliced
12 oz. beer

Trim fat from brisket. Sprinkle generously with paprika and spread garlic on one side. Place that side up in roasting pan and broil 4 inches from heat for 10 minutes. Turn and sprinkle, spread and broil reserve side. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix chili sauce, beer and onions and pour over meat and seal tightly with foil. Bake 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Carve diagonally thin slices. Serve with noodles and gravy.
