MINTS 
3 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
2 1/4 c. powdered sugar, do not sift before measuring
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. flavoring extract, less if using flavoring oil
Food coloring

Knead to pie dough consistency. Form into marble size balls. Dip in crystal sugar and press into molds. For chocolate mints add 3 teaspoons cocoa and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
