CREAM CHEESE FUDGE 
7 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. nuts (toasted)

Melt cheese in top of double boiler. Add to sugar and vanilla. Add nuts to mixture and pack in a buttered dish (13x9x2 inch). Chill several hours before serving or cutting.

To toast nuts: Melt 1 stick butter on cookie sheet. Place nuts in butter and stir frequently until toasted in oven 400 degrees.
