RICE DELIGHT 
3/4 c. cooked rice
1/4 lb. miniature marshmallows
1 pt. whipped whipping cream
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 (6 to 8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Chopped nuts for garnish

Drain pineapple well. Run cool water over rice and let drain until rice feels dry. Fold in whipped cream, powder sugar, marshmallows, and pineapple. Sprinkle top with nuts. Cover and let refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
