CINNAMON APPLE SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1/2 c. red cinnamon candies
2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash salt
1/2 c. broken walnuts
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Dissolve gelatin and candies in 3 cups boiling water. Stir in apple sauce, lemon juice and salt. Chill until partially set. Add walnuts. Pour into 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Blend cream cheese, milk and mayonnaise; spoon atop. Swirl through salad to marble. Chill firm. Serves 9.
