POPPY SEED DRESSING 
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. grated onion
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds

With a wire whisk, beat together the sugar, mustard, salt, olive oil, vegetable oil and vinegar. Add onion and poppy seeds.

Store in a tightly closed jar. Will keep in the refrigerator for several weeks.
