CHOCOLATE MAYONNAISE CAKE 
1 c. mayonnaise (do not use "light")
1 c. lukewarm water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa

Blend first 3 ingredients with electric mixer. In separate bowl combine dry ingredients. Then add these to first mixture. Beat until smooth. Grease and flour cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. For cupcakes, bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
