1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt

Mix well and add 1 cup water, 2 cups flour, 2 1/2 teaspoons soda. Mix water and flour alternately. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
