2 c. flour, sift twice
1 c. sugar
1 c. Miracle Whip mayonnaise
4 tbsp. cocoa, Hershey's
3 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking soda
1 c. water

Sift together flour, sugar and baking soda. Mix in cocoa, water, Miracle Whip and vanilla. Blend well. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan for 40 to 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
