1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa (Hershey's)

Mix together mayonnaise and water. Add sugar and vanilla. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa. Add flour mixture to mayonnaise mixture. Mix. Pour into greased 9 x 12 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Frost possibly with whip cream frosting.
