MARSHMALLOW ICE CREAM | |
2 eggs 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme 1 c. half & half 3/4 c. sugar 3 c. milk 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla (double for more flavor) In large mixing bowl, beat eggs with electric mixer until light; gradually beat in sugar until thick. Blend in marshmallow creme. Blend in milk, half & half, and vanilla. Turn milk mixture into 1 gallon ice cream freezer and freeze. |
