PEACH PIE 
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
Pinch of salt
1 c. water
4 tbsp. apricot Jello
2 c. peaches
Graham cracker crust or baked crust
Cool Whip

Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add water and boil until thick. Add Jello and cool. Add peaches and pour into pie crust. Top with Cool Whip.
