CARAMELS 
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. white syrup
1 qt. cream
Parawax

Start cooking with 1/3 of cream. Then add gradually other 2/3 so it will not stop boiling. Cook until forms soft ball in cold water. Add 1-inch Parawax after taken off stove. Pour into buttered pan. Cut in squares. Wrap in wax paper.
