"CRABBY CAROL" 
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. white wine
1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon
Dash pepper
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp. green onion, chopped
1/4 c. skim milk
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/3 lb. crabmeat
1/4 c. Swiss Cheese

Combine first 4 ingredients in small saucepan and cook until boiling. Add mushrooms and onions. Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute or until mushrooms are tender. Combine milk and cornstarch and add to mushroom mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat and add Swiss cheese; stir until melted. Add crabmeat.

Pour into custard cups or small casserole dish; sprinkle with paprika. Broil for 2 minutes.
