PECAN SNOWBALLS 
1 c. butter flavor Crisco
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. quick or old fashioned oats, uncooked
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Powdered sugar

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Beat Crisco, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until creamy. Add flour, oats, pecans, and salt. Mix well. Shape rounded teaspoons into balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 15 to 18 minutes or until bottoms are lightly golden brown. Roll in powdered sugar while warm. cool completely on rack. Reroll in powdered sugar. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
