PEPPER SALAD 
1 can black pitted olives, cut in 1/2's, drain
1 jar Spanish olives, cut in 1/2's, drain
1 can artichoke hearts, cut in 1/4's, drain
1 jar mushrooms, slice, drain
1 jar Progresso pepper salad, plus oil
Celery hearts, chop
Red onion (optional), chop
Season salt, basil, garlic powder, pepper, oregano, drop of olive oil

Mix all ingredients. Chunks of pepperoni and/or chunks of cheese may be added.
