CHICKEN SUPPER 
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. milk
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. pimento
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 c. chopped ham
Salt
Pepper

Melt 3 tablespoons butter. Blend in 3 tablespoons cornstarch. Cook until bubbly. Add 2 cups milk, cook and stir until thick and smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese. Stir until blended. Add 2 tablespoons pimento, Worcestershire sauce, chicken and ham. Heat and serve over bread or rice.
