PISTACHIO DESSERT | |
55 Ritz crackers 1/3 c. butter, melted Mix together and press in bottom of 9x13 pan. 2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding 2 c. milk 1 qt. vanilla ice cream (soft) Mix in bowl with mixer. Pour over crumb mixture. Let set a few minutes in refrigerator. Put whipped cream on as frosting. Sprinkle with grated chocolate on top. Keep refrigerated. (I use Hershey bar or crushed Heath Bar and also Cool Whip for frosting.) |
