CHICKEN WILD RICE SALAD 
1 c. wild rice, cooked in chicken broth
4 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 c. diced celery
1 sm. can pineapple chunks
1 c. seedless grapes, cut in half
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. salad dressing
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. slivered or sliced almonds, toasted at 300 degrees in oven

Mix sour cream, salad dressing and lemon juice together. Mix with the remaining ingredients. If it seems too dry, add more salad dressing and sour cream.
