CASSEROLE STEW 
1 lb. stewing beef chunks
1 can (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato soup with water to thin
2 lg. carrots, sliced
5 (or more) med. potatoes, cut in bite size pieces
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste

Put meat and vegetables in buttered casserole. Cover with stewed tomatoes, tomato soup and water and seasonings. Stir all to mix. Cover and bake 4 to 5 hours at 300 degrees. Stir occasionally. Serves approximately 4.
