ZUCCHINI APPLE PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
Dash of salt & cinnamon
6 c. (rounded) zucchini
3 pats. butter
1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Peel zucchini and seed. Slice. Cook 15 to 20 minutes. Drain and cook. Add sugar, flour, cream of tartar, cinnamon and salt to zucchini. Pour into pie crust. Top with butter. Cover with top crust. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
