BUTTERMILK CUSTARD PIE (LOW
CALORIE)
 
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice or other flavoring

Beat eggs, sugar and butter together. Add milk and flavoring. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake in hot 425 degree oven until knife comes out clean when inserted into custard.
