TAPIOCA FLUFF 
2 pkgs. vanilla tapioca
1 can fruit cocktail
1 can mandarin oranges
1 can pineapple tidbits
1 c. whipped cream (opt.)

Drain fruit, reserving the liquid. Add enough water to equal 3 cups. Add the tapioca to the liquid, mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil, boil until it thickens, about 1 to 2 minutes. Cool. Fold in fruit and whipped cream.
