STRAWBERRY TAPIOCA SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. tapioca pudding mix
3 c. water
1 1/2 c. cut up strawberries, fresh or frozen without sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix the tapioca mix and Jello and water. Boil for 1 minute, stirring. Cool well. Add thawed Cool Whip and strawberries. Refrigerate until ready to use. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
