GRANDMA'S EASY PIE CRUST 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. baking mix
(or 2 c. flour, instead of baking mix)
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together, handling as little as possible, then roll out into pie shell shape. Makes 2 crusts. Bake like you do any pie shell.
